When you send an enquiry through our quote form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), event details such as date, time, location and guest numbers, your package choice, how you heard about us and any message you include.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and plan your event. We send you a confirmation email with a summary of your enquiry. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered by email through a trusted email service provider, which may store data outside New Zealand. We share details only where needed to deliver your event or where required by law.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights
